Bakht Khan

Born in 1797 ,was the Commander-in-chief of the Indian war of independence in 1857. 
He was related to the Oudh family on his mother side, During the war of independence he arrived at Delhi along with his troop, and emerged as a

 dominant figure of the anti-British war. He established a court of administration at Delhi and made Bahadur Shah Zafar its figure head. Some princes and courtiers thwarted him in his endeavours and his plans were not properly executed. No trace of him was found after the British army entered Delhi.
